We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all customers in the United States making their first purchase on our Website. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can request a refund for your first purchase. Please note that refunds are only provided for unopened bottles (as inspected and determined by the Huminow team) in situations deemed appropriate by Huminow. This guarantee is valid only for products purchased directly from our Website. If you purchased our products through other sellers, please refer to the seller's policy for returns, as those may be subject to their rules, which we do not control.
If you are not happy with your purchased product, please contact our customer support via email at info@huminow.com as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receiving the product. Refunds under this money-back guarantee are limited to one time per household and no more than one product from each product category.
If you wish to return a purchased product, you are responsible for return shipping. If the product(s) you are returning exceed a $50 value, we recommend using a tracking option or shipping insurance as an additional security measure.
Upon receiving your return at our designated address, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product. You may choose to receive either a monetary refund, an exchange for another product, or store credit for future purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returning a Defective Product
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return a product and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if you have received a product that is defective, which may include:

We will collect the defective products from you free of charge—our customer support will provide you with a free shipping label and further instructions on how we will collect the defective product. Please note that we will only accept returns if they are delivered to us as specified by our customer support.
We may refuse to issue a refund for a defective product if:
- The defective product was used extensively more than necessary to identify a defect (for example, if half of the product was used prior to return).
- You are unable to provide the defective product for inspection.
- Upon close inspection, we have not found the defects that you specified.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the defective product. As a refund, you may choose to either receive a monetary refund, exchange it for another product, or receive store credit for future purchases.
30-Day Auto-Renew Subscriptions
To ensure that clients do not experience an interruption or loss of services, the services are offered on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL upon client selection on the website.
EXCEPT FOR THE REASONS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS SECTION, automatic renewal automatically renews the applicable service upon expiration of the current term for a renewal period equal in time to the most recent service period. For example, if the client's last service period is for 30 days, the renewal period will typically be after 30 days.
Unless the client cancels the subscription (by writing to info@huminow.com), the company will automatically renew the applicable service when it comes up for renewal and will charge the payment method associated with the service in the client's account.
The company may change the subscription plans and the price of the services from time to time. Renewals will be charged at the company’s then-current rates, which the client acknowledges and agrees may be higher or lower than the rates for the original service period.
IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT WISH FOR THE SERVICE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, they may elect to cancel the subscription at least 48 hours before the end of the current period, in which case, the services will be terminated upon expiration of the current term unless they manually renew the services prior to that date.
If the client purchased the subscription on the company’s website, they may easily cancel the subscription by logging into their account on the company’s website or by contacting the support team at info@huminow.com.
