Shipping policy
After you place your order on our Website and complete your payment, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Typically, if your order is placed before 12 AM Eastern Time, we will process it on the same day. If it is placed later, processing will occur on the next business day. For standard delivery, your products will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. If you opt for express shipping, expect delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders, and 4-10 business days for international shipments.
During checkout, you may have the option to select a specific delivery method, including expedited shipping. Please note that your chosen delivery option may affect shipping costs. All product prices displayed in our store do not include shipping fees; you will see an estimated shipping cost on the checkout page after entering your shipping address.
Please keep in mind the following:

- Once your order is processed and dispatched, we cannot accommodate any changes to it.
All products purchased on our Website will be shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or another shipping partner. After processing your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.
If your order does not arrive within 7 business days for domestic shipments or 14 business days for international orders, please contact our customer support. Inform us of an acceptable and reasonable timeframe in which you expect to receive your purchase. You may terminate the purchase only if we fail to deliver within the additional time frame agreed upon. Please note that you cannot claim non-receipt of the purchased goods if you do not follow the guidelines outlined in this provision.
